FIRST Robotics Competition

MVP Arena hosts FREE First Robotics Competition on March 22-23 at 8:30 AM (doors open at 8:00 AM).

Under strict rules, limited time and resources, teams of students are challenged to raise funds, design a team "brand", hone teamwork skills, and build and program industrial-size robots to play a difficult field game against like-minded competitors. It's as close to real-world engineering as a student can get.

Schedule:

Friday, March 22       

• 8:30am-9:00am – Opening ceremonies
• 9:00am-12:00pm – Qualification matches
• 1:00pm-5:45 – Qualification matches
• 5:45pm-6:15pm – Awards Ceremony

                        
Saturday, March 23    

• 8:30am-9:00am – Opening ceremonies
• 9:00am-12:15pm – Qualification matches
• 1:30pm-5:30pm – Playoff matches and Awards
